Go to your Rewards Panel or VIP Rewards page
If eligible, your Loyalty Reload will be visible and ready to claim
After claiming, the next bonus unlocks 24 hours later.
⏰ Be sure to log in daily — missed bonuses can’t be recovered.
What happens if I miss a claim?
After your initial claim, Loyalty Reloads unlock once every 24 hours. If you miss a day, that specific reward is skipped — they don't stack up or wait for you.
Example:
Let’s say you claim your first Loyalty Reload on June 15th. You go on holiday and don’t log in again until June 18th.
When you return, you’ll only be able to claim the reward that’s currently unlocked — not the ones from the 16th or 17th.
Each reload becomes available one at a time and only stays available until the next one unlocks. Once the loyalty reload claim period ends you cannot claim anymore.
