KYC Verification Levels

KYC Level 0 - Email Verification

This level includes a simple verification - you will be required to verify your email.

KYC Level 1 - Personal Details

You are required to complete this level in order to withdraw funds from 2UP. This level requires you to provide the following information:

  • Full legal name

  • Date of Birth

  • Country

  • City

  • Address


KYC Level 2 - Proof of Identity

Provide proof via government issued Identification — we accept the following:

  • Passport

  • ID card

  • Driving license

  • Residence permit


KYC Level 3 - Proof of Address

To confirm your place of residence, we may request a document (dated within the last 3 months) including your name and full address — including but not limited to:

  • Bank or card statement

  • Rental or lease agreement

  • Government correspondence

  • Utility bill


Additional Verification

In some cases, we may also carry out extra checks to ensure your identity, such as:

Proof of Payment Method

To ensure the ownership and legitimacy of payment method used, we may ask for:

  • A bank statement showing your name and the account used

  • A photo of the front and back of the debit/credit card used

Important: Only the first 6 and last 4 digits of the card number should be visible. Please cover the middle digits and the CVV/CVC code.


For crypto users, we may request proof of ownership for the wallet address used to deposit or withdraw.

We also reserve the right carry out further identity checks when necessary such as:

  • Phone or video verification

  • Face or biometric verification

  • A verification call with our support team
