Request a copy of your transaction data from your account in just a few taps.
Step-by-Step Guide: How to Request Transaction Data
Tap your Profile Icon
Log in to the 2UP website and tap your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Go to the Transactions section
In the menu, select Transactions to view your full transaction history.
Tap the Transaction Data icon
Tap the Transaction Data icon in the top-right corner of the Transactions screen.
Tap Request Transaction Data
Confirm your request by tapping the 'Request Transaction Data' button.
Check Your Email
We’ll send the transaction data to your registered email address. It may take a few minutes to arrive — be sure to check your spam or junk folder too.
If your email does not arrive please check your junk folder, if it still doesn't appear, try once again, then contact Live Support or email [email protected].

Go to the Transactions Section - In the menu, select Transactions to view your full transaction history.
3. Tap the Transaction Data Icon - Tap the Transaction Data icon in the top-right corner of the Transactions screen.
4. Tap Request Transaction Data - Confirm your request by tapping the 'Request Transaction Data' button.
You will receive this pop up when your email has been sent.
5. Check Your Email- We’ll send the transaction data to your email address.
It may take a few minutes to arrive — be sure to check your spam.
