Restrictions

Device/IP Restrictions: To ensure fair distribution and prevent abuse, tips cannot be received by accounts sharing the same device, the same IP address, or the same IP subnet.
Account Status: Accounts flagged as abnormal will be restricted from both sending and receiving tips.
Integrity Policy: Players involved in fraud or multi-account activities are strictly prohibited from sending or receiving tips.
