What is the Deposit Bonus Rollover?
The Deposit Bonus Rollover is the amount you need to wager before your bonus and winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

Rollover Multiplier: When you receive a Deposit Bonus you need to wager it a specified number of times before it becomes available for withdrawal, for example 25x, 30x, or 35x.
Rollover Period: Starts once your Deposit Bonus is activated by support. While it's active, any funds in the wallet used to receive the bonus cannot be withdrawn.
How to Activate Your Deposit Bonus

Make your deposit, then contact Live Support.
Reply "Yes, I accept" when support sends you the bonus terms. Your bonus will then be manually activated by the Live Support Team and your rollover will begin.
Important: Your Deposit Bonus is not active until you accept the terms, and our Support Team activates it for you. Wagering before activation may make you ineligible for the bonus.
Rollover Formulas
Wagering Requirement: (Deposit + Bonus) × Rollover Multiplier
Example: For a $100 deposit, $100 bonus, and 30x Rollover Multiplier, the total wager required is: ($100 + $100) × 30 = $6,000.
Rollover Progress: Turnover × Edge × 25
Explanation: Turnover refers to the total amount wagered on eligible games. This formula tracks your progress towards meeting the rollover requirements.

House Edge and Game Contribution
Games with a higher house edge contribute more toward completing the rollover.
Example: On a game with a 1% house edge, $0.25 of every $1 wagered counts toward the rollover. On a game with a 4% house edge, $1 of every $1 wagered counts toward the rollover.
Higher house edge = faster rollover completion.
Lower house edge = slower rollover completion.
General Rules
The Deposit Bonus is for first-time deposits only.
You must contact Live Support after your deposit but before wagering to get a deposit bonus.

Restrictions During Active Rollover

Forfeiting the Deposit Bonus
You cannot forfeit the rollover once wagering has started and a balance remains.
If you choose to forfeit before wagering, the bonus and rollover will be removed, and only your original deposit will remain for withdrawal.
Example: If you deposit $200 and receive a $200 bonus, forfeiting will allow you to withdraw your $200 deposit.
Additional Terms
Rollover requirements will automatically clear when your balance is lower than $0.50 USD.

Bonuses with rollover requirements must be used in the same wallet they were issued to and cannot be moved to another wallet.
