No Deposit Bonus / No Deposit Free Spins Withdrawal Rules

Updated over a month ago

No Deposit Bonuses and Free Spins let you experience 2UP before making your first deposit. While you can win real money, special withdrawal conditions apply to keep gameplay fair and prevent abuse.

Key Rules

1. Wagering Requirements

Example: You receive 50 Free Spins and win $10 USD. Before you can withdraw, you must complete the bonus rollover.

2. Mandatory First Deposit

  • To withdraw, you must make your first deposit.

  • The minimum deposit requirement is the higher of:

    • $20 USD (or equivalent), OR

    • Your non-rollover balance (the amount left after completing rollover).

3. Deposit Rollover

  • Your first deposit will be placed under 5x rollover requirement before withdrawals are unlocked.

Worked Example

  1. You receive 50 Free Spins.

  2. You win $10 USD.

  3. After completing the bonus rollover, your balance grows to $60 USD.

  4. To withdraw, you must first deposit $60 USD (since it is higher than the $20 minimum).

  5. That $60 deposit must then be wagered 5x under rollover requirements ($60 × 5 = $300) before you can withdraw.

Why These Rules Exist

These rules ensure:

  • Everyone enjoys a fair and sustainable gaming environment.

  • Players show they’re genuine and willing to deposit, preventing bonus abuse.

Important Notes

  • These rules ONLY apply to accounts where no deposit was ever made before getting bonuses or free spins. If you made a normal deposit then subsequently received bonuses or free spins, these rules DON'T apply to you.

  • Failure to meet these requirements will result in withdrawal requests being denied.

Summary

  • Free Spins / No Deposit wins → Rollover required.

  • First deposit = $20 USD OR your balance, whichever is higher.

  • Deposit must be wagered 5x before withdrawing.
